The upstairs has 4 bedrooms and the first floor has 3 bedrooms, each with a spacious balcony, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, living and dining area. "My husband and I have been coming here for the past 10 years. This is our 3rd time staying at Nyita Linda. Every time we come it gets harder to leave this Villa. We love it. You are doing such a great job. The yard is very well maintained. I love the flowering bushes… I just like sitting on the deck and looking out, so peaceful. This is our last day here we’ll miss it, we will be back." "WOW at the end of our six days we are in love with this island and with this view. There was no need to go anywhere else. (though we did) to catch the best sun rises, sunsets, rainbows, billowing clouds, swift rain showers, and of course the sea. Buying fish at the dock in Isabel II, fruit and vegetables from the guy with the tractor trailer on rt. 997 and Spanish wine from the grocery store produced the best meal with the best view on the island. And, yes, the bio bay experience was otherworldly, an experience hard to describe but most memorable." "The house and island were everything I was hoping for. We're definitely interested in coming back again next year."

from Beach looking at Villa Owners’ comments: In the morning I awake to water the grounds. I disturb a white egret that is taking a drink from the pool, my daughter is catching lizards off the property wall, the horses meander across the beach, the neighbors chickens scratch for their morning meal, the oceans endless rhythms, the sun breaking into day. This is Vieques this is what I love and hope to share with our guests. The home is decorated in casual Caribbean style with rattan furniture, floral prints, candle scones and lively color enhancing each room. Quality beds, 100% cotton linens, and feather down pillows keep you sleeping in comfort. You are conveniently located a 10 minutes walk from the largest grocery store, and the only health food store on the island and a twenty minute walk via coast line or the road to town. How to get there: From San Juan international airport there are two ways to arrive in Vieques, by plane or ferry. There are four airlines that take you to Vieques. #1 Vieques Air Link tel. 888-901-9247. #2 Isla Nena tel. 877-812-5144. #3 Cape Air tel. 800-352-0714. The approximate price from San Juan to Vieques is $165 round trip. It is also possible to take a taxi to the Fajardo airport and fly round trip for $44 plus the taxi ride. Flying from Fajardo can save you quite a bit. The second way is to take a taxi to the ferry. The taxis (it is best to look for a van taxi for large parties) picks you up in front of the airport and will bring you to the town of Fajardo where the ferry departs. The 1 hour taxi ride is approx. $80 for the first person and $5 for each additional person. Extra baggage is additional. The 1 hour 20 min ferry ride is $2 for adults and $1 for children. It is safe to have at least 3 hours from the time your plane arrives in San Juan to the time your ferry leaves. The ferry tel. 787-741-4761. Once you have decided how you are going to get to the island our on island agents will meet you at your chosen arrival destination, drive you to the villa and give you pointers on the way.
The ins and outs of renting: If you decide to rent the villa we can give you important phone numbers to help you organize your vacation and answer any of your questions before and during your visit. Our managers are available 24 hours a day for your convenience. Each year our family discovers something new about Vieques that makes it even more enchanting. I have made a welcome letter that I share with our guests. It tells of our favorite things to enjoy on this lovely island. The rental policy: To secure your dates I will send you a lease, you send back a signed copy and a check for 50% of the rental amount. Thirty days prior to your arrival the remaining 50% is due along with the damage deposit. The deposit is returned within 30 days after your departure as long as everything is left undamaged. The cancellation policy: There is a full refund as long as the rental dates on the lease are re-rented.
